As Caribbean leaders grapple with how to improve public services while maintaining budget sustainability, the importance of improved fiscal transparency and better public sector effectiveness and efficiency is clear.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean, the International Federation of Accountants, and the World Bank will host more than 200 influential public sector finance decision makers and thought leaders from more than 20 Caribbean nations, including finance ministers, senior public servants, chief accountants, auditors general, chief financial officers from public sector entities, and accounting organization leaders.
