BFSB will host the 2nd in its series of industry-relevant "quality service" luncheons on Tuesday, April 23.
The focus for this luncheon is on industry Chief Operations Officers. Troy Maxey, Senior Manager of Operations for the North Atlantic and Caribbean within the Latin America & Caribbean Division of FedEx Express will be the keynote speaker. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, the Division services more than 50 countries throughout Latin America and the Caribbean and employs more than 3,000 people committed to total customer satisfaction each business day.
The luncheon is being held in the Governor's Ballroom of the British Colonial Hilton Hotel, starting at 12:00 noon.
