Michael Sakala, Senior Manager in EY’s Global Financial Services Advisory practice, will speak on the impact and timelines of the EU’s Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) at the February 3, 2014 Seminar being hosted by BFSB.

The event is being co-hosted by the Ministry of Financial Services and the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (SCB), along with corporate sponsor EY. The SCB also will be presenting at the half-day seminar programme, discussing the information sharing provisions of the Directive and examining how select Regulators from other international financial centres are addressing it.
