The course consists of: ONE Introductory Module, Nine Core Modules and the choice of ONE Specialist Module.

SPECIALIST MODULES Once you have completed the core modules you will be required to complete one specialist module of your choice from the following:

•The Law and Regulation of Hedge Funds
•Investment Management Law and Regulation
•Company Directors: Duties and Regulation in the UK, Australia, the USA and New Zealand
•Contemporary Issues in the Law and Regulation of Financial Markets and Services in the USA
