The Bahamas financial services sector has embarked on a well developed and structured approach to assess and prioritize business opportunities. Titled SCRIPT, the approach will allow the government, regulators and industry to channel policy, legislative and marketing resources into areas that offer the greatest potential for success. On the other hand the tough choices presented through this model means that with limited resources, there will be some opportunities that will not benefit from national resources.
