Participants in the 6th annual Bahamas Financial Services Retreat being held this weekend in Freeport will engage in further discussions on a Strategic Plan and Blueprint for the industry.
Representatives form Deloitte, which is undertaking the development of the Plan with the Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFBS), will lead the discussion based on their findings for the first phase of the project which examined two fundamental tenets of the Bahamas financial services industry – confidentiality and no-direct tax.
